I find this forum with lot of valuable information.
I-130/485/131 applications were submitted for GC through AOS for both parents from VA to Chicago Lockbox and we received from MSC all receipts except the one for I-485 for mother though her check for fee has also been cashed. After waiting for 5 days for any mailing delay situation is the same.
I would appreciate help from members of this forum.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation?
Is it possible her application is forwarded to another service centre?
What could be a possible reason?
Will customer service assist on phone without a receipt number?
