Hello guys,
I am going to India shortly. I have a valid H1B visa/stamp, do i have to show ORIGINAL I-485 receipt while re-entering the US in order not to abandon my PR application? I am just having a photocopy, would it be sufficient?
On a different note, I do have AP too, but don't want to use it unless i have to. I am not sure how it would affect my H1B status, any pointers in that regard?
