I-485 Receipt Notice

Hello Again,
What if the employer is witholding the I-485 Receipt Notice?
What are the legal ways to get it?
Inputs appreciated.

it's simple

Hire another lawyer and file new G28 , new lawyer will be able to get those receipt notices. I had same problem my new attorney threatned old attorney and i received my I-1485 receipt notices.
