I-485 Receipt Notice Issue

My Lawyer filed concurrent all I-140, EAD, AP, I-485 on April 20, 2006. I have received all the receipt notices and approved except I-485.
I haven't received the I-485 receipt notice till now.
I asked my HR to get the check wrote for I-485 and I found that check cashed it on 05/01/2006 and found LIN number. This number I used to query in the case status search it showed the message saying " Case Status Retrieval Failed , This Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283."

My lawyer told me that he did not receive any letter related to my I-485. My lawyer sent a letter for change of address and he mentioned in the letter saying "we haven't received any receipt no". I got a reply from NSC saying they have updated my 485 records and mentioned reference no as A#...

My wife got Receipt notice and FP in May,2006.

Any thoughts on this would be helpful.

It might have gone to your lawyer......I did not get the original receipt for the 485 to me directly but it went to my lawyer he sent me a copy instead.
