For some reason, my I-485 was received at th California office and then transferred to the Nebraska office. I haven't heard from the Nebraska office yet, but was wondering, which receipt date will be used in processing my application - the California office receipt date or the Nebraska receipt date?? I ask because if it is the Nebraska receipt date that counts, then two or three months have been wasted since California office received my case ...
