I-485 RD DEC 2000 Still waiting

Hello guys,
RD - DEC 18 2000
LIN - 01-XXX-55XXX

I might be the very last of the guys whose RD is DEC 2000 and I still havent heard anything from the INS. Spoke to IIO last week and he said that if did not here anything in the next 90 days then he would do something for my case.
Please respond if Any body else is out there with a RD of DEC 2000 and have you spoken to IIO recently.

There are so many applicant waiting for approval for RD December 2000.

I am one the applicant. First find out, why it is getting delayed!!!.
There are so many reasons:
1. I140 approved for CP
2. FP problem or missing etc.,

RD: 12/6/00; ND: 12/14/00; FP: 3/9/02;

I dont think anything is missing. IIO just says that some cases take longer than others.
 
ND 12.22.00 .Talked to IIO on Thursday. He advised to wait 90 business(!) days.

At least it\'s consistent.
 
REF ... DEC 2000 case

I called IIO on 03/13/2002, he said my case was assigned on the same day

I called again today, this time she said I got a RFE. She said they r preparing documents to send to my lawyer.

Did ur I485 and I40 are filed at different service centers

INS nebraska is hopefully taking 3-4 months extra for the cases whose I140 and I485 are filed at different service centers.

There is enough postings on this site to indicate this......

My I-140 was filed at a different service center, but now it seems that NSC has received the I-140 file (as of 03/15/2002) still waiting.
