Guys,
Just wanted to see if anyone has I-485 filed in Year 2005 and their Name check cleared and waiting for Approval. Please post your experience.
 
My 485 RD is June 2005 (just before July 1st 2005 when it was going to retrogress as Unavailable).
Everything is clear (Namecheck, 140 etc) waiting for approval,
My EB3 PD is May 25 2001.

Priority Date : 08/30/2005
PERM Labor certified : 09/21/2005
I-140/I-485 Receipt date: 09/28/2005 (Just three days before Retrogression) TSC
I-140 Approval : 10/21/2005
FP1 Done (Code 3): 11/2005
FP2 Done (code 1): 05/2007
I-485 AD: ?
