i-485 qulification?

If my wife filed tax for the year 2001 as H-4 visa status, can she apply I-485 with me? If it could, please let me know.

as I stated in my previous post, she may be able to file i485 under 245(i) IF your priority date(your L/C date) is before 4/30/2001

otherwise, she may not be able to adjust 485 here
