My wife applied for the I 130 On January of 2008 through marriage. Since then i became a citizen on April of 2008, we were advised by the lawyer to upgrade to the I 485. Last month my wife and i went for an interview for her application, but for some reason it looks like the I 130 looks to be holding the process for my wife to become a permenent resident. Does anyone have any idea of what could be going on.
