I-485 question

Hi All,

I have a question regarding I-485 filing. Suppose my I-140 gets approved in EB1-EA category and I am ready to file I-485.

Can I file for I-485 for both me and my wife even if my wife's visa is in the process of being converted from H4 to H-1B? Do I need to wait for her visa transfer to be complete or can I file I-485 for her irrespective of that?
