I am filing semi-concurrent for employment based adjustment. I have received the I-140 Receipt Notice.
I have 1 question . What option should I select in Part 2 of I-485. There is no option where it says immigrant petition is pending. The first option (a) is for an approved immigrant petition. Please advice.
