I applied for my I-485 in Jan 2000. My RD 1/29/2001
and ND 2/7/2001. I am still waiting for my approval.
My I-140 is for CP and applied for AOS. Some of my
friends who has similar dates with I-140 for CP got
approval recently. I am still waiting.
I ADDED MY SPOUSE PETITION IN SEP 2001. My wife
RD is 9/29/2001.
I would like to know the delay In my I-485 is because
of I-485 for CP or because of adding the spouse latter
in the process.? Please share your experiences.
