My wife and I we\'ve applied for I-485 (EB3, other: I am a citizen of Belarus and she is a citizen of Ukraine) at 10/19/2000.
We both received AP/EAD. I am the main applicant in this case.
But I\'ve got my FP notification at Jan,2001 and did my FP at 02/21/2001 (FBI says they sent the result to INS at the next day) and my wife did not get FP notification. We\'ve called a few times to INS and spoke with IIO - they prommised to add her to FP schedule list - nothing happened so far.
My question is: If everything is OK with my case - will INS approve it independently or they will wait untill my wife finish her FP and process our cases as "one piece"?
