I-485 Processing

Hi Gurus!

I filed my 485 at VSC last month.
Does 485 applications have different queues for EB2 and EB3. I heard that if you file in EB2 you will get it fast. Now, that all the priority dates are current.

I filed mine on June 29th. in EB2. How long do you think it will take
for my 485 to be approved.

Nope! Once you get your I-485 in, it\'s all the same. All that matters is generally your ND - assuming your category is current.
