FP - April , 2004 but was on vacation so got it rescheduled. so we got finger printing done in May.
No EAD yet.
The online case status says " The results of your fingerprint review for your I 485 application to register permanent residence or to Adjust status were received and processing has resumed on your case. we will mail you a notice if further action is needed or when a decision is made".
Is anybody in the same situation. Does anybody have an idea about the timeline for this type of processing. Is fingerprinting a good sign that the case is moving as everybody says that this is the last step in processing.
