I remembered that somebody posted a message on this forum saying that for all Employment based I-485, there is no preferential treatment regardless wether the filler is based on EB1, EB2 or EB3 (Correct me if I am wrong).
However, is there any preferential treatment for I-485 filers of other categories such as FB1, FB2, FB3 or NIW?
If all the EB1, EB2, EB3, FB1, FB2, FB3 and NIW are on an officer's desk, which one will be picked up first (assuming all EBs and FBs are current and their RD date are roughly the same)?
