I-485 processing in Newark

Hi

Can someone tell me I-485 processing time at Newark, I am a spouse of US citizen. Also whether they are issuing the Advance parole and I-765. Any response will be appreciated.

Here is my timeline so far:

1) I filed I-485/I-130/EAD last week of Aug 2002.
2) FP done in Sept.
3) EAD interview is scheduled for 1st week of Dec. (Exact 90 days from date of recpt.) I got the interview notice more than a month back.

Did not send in medical yet. I am going to get it done next month. As per the initial recpt . I won't go for my AOS interview until March 2003.

Did not file for AP.

time line at newark

i-130 and i-485 receipt date 7/16/01
ead date 10/16/01 exact 90 days.
aos interview 10/29/01
needed copy of BC
sent copy of BC on 11/30/01.
AOS date 1/2/02.
stamped passport 1/7/02.

took exact 175 days to get GC. thanks to staff at newark...

they messed up on the name..well that is another story...
