I-485 Processing Date for NSC?

Guys:
Why is NSC still putting a Processing Date for the RD=jUL 2002 IF RETROGRESSION is in picture.
Is there anyway to know which MM/DD/YYYY cases are currently opened.

Hi ,
Retrogression is only for three countries. The PD for all other countries is current. So if you are from India, China or Philippines, you have to follow the PD, but for other countries you follow the RD.

NSC is opening files from 2001 to 2004, yes some ppl from 2004 got approved and some others in 2001 still waiting. I hate NSC
