I-485 Process Stopped

Is it true? I read from this forum that Mexican temporary status or some such thing getting priority over 485s. I am not seeing any I-485 approvals for few days. It is making me to believe that frustrating news.

The mexican temp program has not been approved yet and it is not expected to be processed until after the elections so I do not see how this is a factor but I think I have not noticed any changes or updates from members here.
