My EB3 labor was applied in Feb 2005, approved in feb 2007, I-140 and I485 was applied in Aug 2007 rush. I-140 got approved in aug 2008. Now I currently working on H1B which is valid till june 2012 and my wife is on EAD.
My question: Is there any way I can change my application to EB2 category. What are my options?
