I-485 premium processing ?

Please somebody tell me:

1). Is there I-485 (L1/L2 based, after my I-140) premium processing?
2). Can I apply for it or I should beg my employer to do it?
3). Can I do it for me, my wife and my son ?
4). Disadvantages ???
