I-485-Please Post Eb3 Cases(With Priority Date After Jun2003) Approved in July

Sivaguru, my dates are similar to yours (PD 2003, 485 receipt date Sep 2004, Had 2nd biometrics taken in the month of march 2007, Recent LUDs 06/30/2007, 07/05/2007). I have not come across anybody with any PD that received approval notice in the month of July. Considering USCIS have approved a unusually large number of petitions I think we can continue to nurture some hope for some more time this month. If not this month who knows when to expect any forward movement considering imepnding law suit against USCIS and DOS, inpour of 485 petitions.

lets put our details on trackitt.com. i was also hoping somehow magically some July 2003 pd people would be approved. doesn't seem to be the case so far.

I feel USCIS has put a hold on all the approvals for cases getting current in july(old bulletin), probably they would like to wait for the judgement on AILA law suit.
We need to wait and watch the developments over next 2-3 weeks.

I received the "Card production ordered." email,
Case Details : EB3, India, PD Oct 2003, RD Nov 2004.(LUD 06/27/ 06/30, 07/16), seems like all pre-adjudicated EB2/EB3 cases filed before on or before Sep2005 will be approved in coming few weeks.
I contacted USCIS local office and they informed me that my case was pre-adjudicated on 27th June, so I strongly believe that all EB2/EB3 cases filed before sep2005 and which are pre-adjudicated will see approvals in coming few weeks, just a matter a time.
I hope USCIS will accept all I-485 petitions filed/to be filed in July and bring relief to every one.
Current Status: Card production ordered.
On July 16, 2007, we ordered production of your new card........................

I140 approved on Jan 2005
FP1 : April 2005
FP2 : May2007
I-485 : LUD : 05/15, 06/27, 06/30, 07/16(Card Production Ordered)
I took a infopass appointment in first week of July to check on my status,
Immigration Officer informed that my case was pre-adjudicated on 06/27
and the approval can expected be any time, I was not sure if visa number was allocated to my case or not, but was hopeful that approval may come sometime in july and finally the day arrived.
