Hi Experts!
First, merry christmas and happy new year for all of you!
I have a question: I'm holding a valid H1B visa and my wife a valid H4.
Ours I-485 applications and AP for my wife was sent to USCIS on Nov 29 and we got fingerprinted on Dec 19.
For an urgent reason, we need to make an international travel, at this moment both I-485 applications and AP are still pending, in case we come back, while all those applications (both I-485 and AP for my wife) are still pending, will we have issues on POE?, we will travel with I-485 receipts and AP receipt.
