I am new in this site and found it is nice and helpful.
I have a friend,who got a fiance visa and had her AOS interview last Oct 23, 2006 and her case is pending due to the namecheck. She worried about it.
These are my questions?
1. What is namecheck all about?
2. What she is going to do now? Would she keep waiting or she will do a follow-up call? Can you provide me a preferable number to call?
3. How long is her waiting time to have her greencard?
