I am stuck like most people waiting for 485 approval, so need advice from someone who may have been in my situation.
my PD is 2001 from India EB2.
So i should have be under visa availability for several yrs.
My I485 was filed in Oct 2003 and my wife's with me in Dec2004, have gone thru several rounds of FPs.
I called USCIS several times recently, i have gotten info from
-- Case under review since Aug 2006 &
very recently
-- Waiting for further processing until visa availability
Given that i have had an active case for close to 3+ yrs, is there anything else i can do? Has anybody been in my situation?
Any advice would be appreciated.
