I 485 Pending - see that 129 got updated

My 485 IS pending.

I find that my I-129-PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER has been updated in the US Immigartion site.


Any idea why that got updated..

could it be because change in my status from H1 TO EAD.
OR is it something that the employee has done


any inputs are helpful

Same thing here.
H1B got a touch on 4/26/09. No change on my side.

Did the status message change? If not, it's probably just some kind of data cleanup. The last updated date changed on my I-129 (H1b) even after my green card was approved.

got the similar soft LUD on I129 AND I485 (TWICE) on last week , dont know what that is for. if someone has any idea please share that along

usually they archive old records, during that time LUD will be updated as per my experience...
