I have 2 questions. My RD is 9/12/02 and my case is currently pending on background check, so it is not yet assigned to an officer. Are they other people in this situation and how long can it take for the FBI to submit the background check to the CSC?
Second question: I have submitted on 7/25 a renewal form for my AP. When can I expect to get it adjuticated? The last processing time says that on 8/30 they were processing cases which notice date is on 8/8/02. Does that mean that mine is on its way and will be validated in a few days or weeks? What happens if I am abroad when my AP expires and when I do not have yet the new one?
