My wife got a I140 NIW approval while working for emp A as health educator in state A. form I 485 filed and waiting for 13 months.
she got an offer in state B with employ B but position is as trainee (family medicine resident) for 3 years (some duties are similar, but job description and classif are diferent).
1- being employment B a trainee position, could affect the outcome of I-485 approval?? despite that prospectively will benefit the NIW??
2- Would it help that employer A is willing to write a letter saying that they will re-hire my wife as soon as she finish contract with empl B or I-485 is approved?.
3-It is enough to have an OFFER of employment in same similar occuopation at the time of the interview? or it is mandatory to actually be working for same/similar job classif.
4-Where the interview will take place if we changed. state A or B
We want to keep growing proffessionally.
