I-485 pending in the Exams Section??

My I-485 is outside Processing Times, so I did call the National Customer Service Center and they send request to USCIS. After 2 days a I received a letter from USCIS :
,,The status of this service request is:
Our records indicate that your application for adjustment is pending in the Exams Section.
Anybody know, what that meen?


I-485/I-130 filed 01/2005
Fingerprint 03/2005
First Interview 01/2006 need more evidence, SEND IT!
Fingerprint 08/2006
Second Interview 10/2006 need more evidence, SEND IT!
Call Service Center 10/2007 case pending in the Exams Section
I-485/I-130 still pending......:confused:
 
I would like to send a expedite requets for my I-485, I-130 to USCIS. Can somebody help me with the sample letter?

I would be grateful for that.
