I-485 pending in CSC after RFE

FP done 11/9/02
Origianl RFE on 4/3/02 lost due to attorney's change of address
resent rfe received on 5/20/02 and responded on 6/5/02.
AVM changed to "your response to rfe received on 6/11/02...taking 999 days"
It did not change again. Talked with IIO who said another RFE issued which we never received. Later another IIO told no rfe but the file is with supervisor.
Whats happening? Any ideas on what should I do?

get your attorney to talk.

to the INS. send faxes, resend the RFE. Call the division officer.
 
Sent a fax inquiry on 6/5/02. Attorney talked with iio several times. How do I talk with division officer? Is this same as supervisor?

Your incompetent lawyer should take care of this situation. He should be able to get information from INS. Another alternative is to send a letter to your senator (I'm not sure about this, but you could search for this possibility). Good luck!
 
Here is more info: My attorney had submitted my case to a senator's office three weeks ago bu so far nothing happened from that side. We also sent a formal fax enquiry to INS one wek ago (last Monday).
If anybody has any ideas on how I should proceed please post a reply.
