I-485 pending, EAD expiring, what to do?

Me and my spouse, our AP has expired and EAD will be expired in three weeks. They are both being renewed right now. Still pending for results. Since it takes too long to get renewed EAD and AP, what are we suppose to do?

Please help! We greatly appreciate any advice from you. Anything.
