I-485 pending / changing job

Hi,

Due to issues with my current job, I'm thinking changing job. I already got I-140 over a year, have a perding I-485 for many years now, and is currently on H1-B status. What is my BEST option and what need TO BE DONE to stay in status.

Hi Duck008,

If you have your I-140 approved and I-485 filed and 180days passed, you may file AC-21 and switch your job.

If you could get a fresh H1 instead of invoking EAD, is better.
