I-485, pending AOS, and DV 2007

I have researched several portals, but never found the case similar to mine.

My wife just won DV 2007 lottery.
But my application for AOS is already pending since 2004 (CSC):
I-140 approved, I-485 pending (and stuck for ~2 years in the name check ). Thus me, my wife and my son are already in the process of AOS, subsequently my H-1 and their H-4 stamps were not renewed since may 2005. AP and EAD are ok, though.

Questions:
Can my wife still apply for AOS once again with BCIS?
Is CP a better way of doing this?
