Can someone help me please. My situation is that I have an I-485 pending, based on employment under the EB3 category. I am a beneficiary of the 245-I based on my father's prior case. I filed the I-485 application on Dec 2007. My PD is April 2002. My country Ecuador. I got married on Juy 2008. Now, I would like to include my spouse too. Can He file an application now o is it too late?
And also if He files an application will it affect or delay my case then?
