Hi All,
I am waiting for the dates to be prior to file my I-485.My I-140 is approved in Sept'05.In the meanwhile i am getting pressure from my client to join as a fulltime.If i strike a deal with my employer and change jobs, what are the other risks that we have in this process.6 years on my H1 are completing in mid 2007.So it is a kindof tricky situation.
Can anyone please advice me on how to approach this ?
