I am on H1B visa, my wife was on H4 for 3 years and converted to H1 and we both have one more year to complete 6 years. She is doing her residency and will be finishing 3rd year June 2006, that will be exactly the same time as our H1B 6 year time completes (June 2006).
I am the primary applicant and my 140 was approved and our I-485 (EB3) applications are pending right now.
1. Is it possible to get 3 years H1B extension for her based her pending 485 application?
2. Is it possible to start her own green card process with her employer while she is on H1B extension which is based on pending 485 applicaiton (As my 485 application has issues and don't want to use EAD)?
