I am preparing right now the documents for the USC wife:
I-485

Please clarify for the Part 3: type

is any difference if I put Exchange Alien or Temporary worker?
She came into the US as a Exchange Visitor. Please advise.

Is her visa J1? If so, I would put "J1 nonimmigrant".

Just put J1 nonimmigrant. That's is what I did to mine Is your wife subject to HRR? If she is, did she get a waiver?
