I-485 on wife's petition also?

Can my wife add me on her I-485 petition?... even when mine is pending? We are newly married and would like to add each other's names in our individual petitions.

Yes! When/If INS finds your names on both petitions, it will simple cancel the newest one.

Though it is more advisible for one of you to file CP and the other maintain AOS. That way you have the best of both worlds!
