I-485 on Future Employment Basis Pl help..

Got approved Labor and I-140 (in Nov,2000) from company A (worked 1.5 yr with A). Joined company B then company filed I-485 in 2002 on future employment basis without joining A. Got laid off by company B. Company A was not able to find me a project for 7-8 months. Then I found myself company C and joined permanantly (after 10 months of I-485) on EAD. Also got my EAD renewed.

1. Should I inform INS for job change or AC21 or sit keep quite?
2. Is there any risk from company A?
3. Can they revoke my I-140 ?
4. If RFE comes then company A will not help me?
5. What should I do?

I am very much tensed. Have family here.

Thanks in advance for your valuable suggestions and guidance.

1. Its better not to inform INS of the job change.
2. You can use AC21 in your case and say that you have found a job with similar duties in Company C and I don't see any risk here.
3. Company A can revoke your 140, but INS usually won't revoke since 180 days have passed.
4. You need pay stubs and w2 forms from company C since yours is an AC 21 case.
5. Do nothing or try to have good relations with Comapny A.

Relax and be happy that at least you have a permanent offer with Company C in this economy.

Thanks a lot for the prompt reply and advise.

I don't have attorney with me. Attorney who filed my I-485 was a company A's attorney even he left that company A (may be cases aslo). Any suggestions on this....

Thanks

Somehow, you should get your paperwork from lawyer. This might be useful for AC21 and for all other matters . . .
If the lawyer left the company, what the hell happened to paper work(Labor, i140, i485 etc etc). Are they with company A?
If so, you have to maintain good relation with them and get the paperwork out of there . . .

Thanks again for the....

I have reciepts / copy of all Labor, I-140, I-485 for me and my family including the copy of future employment letter from the company A (which was given to Attorney).

Thanks
