I-485 of dependent approved

Hi guys,

I am very excited to inform you that I-485 application of my son, is finally approved. I & my wife were approved two months back. However, our son received a RFE. His processing details are as below:

Receipt # EAC0210353XXX
RD : 01/24/2002
ND : 02/05/2002
EAD & FP : N/A
RFE : 08/07/2003 .. For photographs
RFE response received : 08/20/2003
AD : 10/03/2003

I have been seeing substantial increase in approvals for last 2 days. I hope, this wave of approval continues & everyone waiting gets approved soon. All the best. ;)

Can you please let us know, what was your FP date( approximate if don't know exact).. I noticed you wrote N/A for EAD& FP , just curious, FP is must for every body..

My son is just 6 years old. Hence no FP & EAD for him.

My & My wife's details are as below.

RD : 01/24/2002
ND: 02/05/2002
EAD : 03/31/2002 & 03/31/2003 ( yep, had to do it twice )
FP: 06/05/2002
AD: 08/05/2003

My wife, & I haven't done our GC stamping yet. We were waiting for our son's approval. Now that he is approved, we shall do it soon. Once that done, I shall update GC tracker.

I think it could get a little uncomfortable with dependent's approval taking time. Congrats on getting it all don
