I-485 NSC Processing procedure. Do they go by RD or ND and PD

I am seeing both ways Like SOme times few people are saying they are going by RD with CURRENT PD and Some times ND with CURRENT PD..
My case is NSC, EB3, INDIA, PD=02/03/97, RD=10/12/99, ND=10/20/99,
FP=11/28/00, Yellow Form send to INS with all the information 12/11/00 and
I didn\'t heard any thing. I am seeing they are working OCt 1st week cases last week. IT means RD or ND and My PD also current..
Please if any body know any thing on this i am curious... Can you post..

From my observations NSC processes the cases by ND and not RD.
