I-485 Not Approved Long Time

Hi,

Labor approved on May 2002
140 approved Aug 2002.
485 - NSC (India) - EB 3 - Dec 2002.
First Finger print - Feb 2003
Second Finger print - Aug 2004

Still my case hasn't approved. I don't received any info from NSC. I called so many times, but no response. I made inquiry recently also, but no use. ( I did so many times), they updated on their site like, On July 11, 2005, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

They not helping me much by calling customer service. I don't know, what I have to do. I need help/suggestions from you guys. So, could you pl give me the suggestion on how to tackle this issue.

Now the priority date # Nov 1, 2003. My date passed almost a year.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

since your case is well before the current processing you are eligible to initiate an enquiry I think either your attorney can do it. But I doubt that it will be effective till oct 2005 once we r in october you might wanna do it right away.
