Hi Guys,
I filed my I-485 on July 20th along with my spouse application. On Sep 19th we received 2 receipt notices but both have my wife's name on it and one receipt has her first name mispelled. I did not receive any receipt notice yet. We received the FP notices with the same error as I-485(both FP notices have my spouse name) and when we went for biometerics, the immigration office took my wifes finger prints but refused to take mine and asked me to get the corrected notice. Did anyone face similar situation. Please let me know how to get this corrected. My attorney has already sent a request for the correction with all the documentation and told we could write a letter to congressman.
