I 485 NIW related filing

Hi i had a question:

If a physician on NIW (for work in underserved area) changes jobs during the five years.

1. Is there a need to file a new I 140.
2. Does a new I 485 need to be filed as well or the old I 1485 will be OK.

according to 8 CFR parts 204 and 245:

page 53895

if the physician has found a new employer desiring to petition the Service, the petitioner must submit a new form i-140 (with fee) with all the evidence required in paragrah (c) of this section, including copy of the approval notice of initial I-140. If approved, the new petition will be matched with the pending adjustemt of status application. The beneficiary will retain PD from the initial form I-140.........

Its on the USCIS website. You can find it if you search the immigration laws and regulations (search 8 CFR parts 204 and 245 in the federal register). If you have a J-1 Waiver, you must first complete your 3 years with the approved employer in H1B status. You can read rules related to J-waiver obligations under section 212 (e).
