Does USCIS takes files based on PD even after we file I-485.
Or do they go with I-485 ND to process FIFS (First in First Served - That's what always USCIS says)?
I can see EB-2 mostly Oct 2003 PD are approved (couple of cases, which has been mentioned in this forum and in trackit.com). Also those I-485 ND are mostly in June 07 or early.
So I am confused what procedure they follow whether ND or PD
