i 485 nd Feb 2003 - fp still waiting...

Folks:

My i 485 was received at the NSC in Feb 2003 as a concurrent filing with the i 140. I havent received any fp notices....finding that a little weird. Was wondering if there are people who are in a similar situation.

Would appreciate feedback.

my I485 ND is May 2003 and I got my First FP on March 19 2004. I contacted my senator and within a week i got my FP....
 
Good idea. i m a constituent of an area where the senator is tersely anti-immigration. so is the congressman. i m brain storming other ways to get around this. any ideas...
 
Hang on, you will get it, I think Nebraska is issuing FP Notices after 8-9 Monthts to avoid second FP requirement. My Wife got her FP Notice after 8 Months
 
My I-485 was also received in Feb 2003 and got my first Finger Printing after 2-3 months of having my I-140 approved ( Spring 2003 ) . However, I have no 2nd FP notice yet.

See my signature. I applied in Feb 2003 and my 1st FP was done in Aug 2003. Hang on you will receive a call. If you senator or Congressman are anti-immigrant then look for other Senator and Congressman. Every sate has atleast 2 Senators and number of Congressmans. One of then will certainly help you. Cann to each offices and talk to their immigration dept.

FB not received....

I filed for my 140/485 on Feb 18th, 2003 and got FP done in April 2003, EAD and 140 was approved in mid june. You better act now.

There is change in Policy...

I have filed my I485 in May'03 after approval of I140 but so far have not received my FP notice.

I heard that actually somewhere in May'03 USCIS had decided to issue late FP notices to avoid second FP notice since these are valid for 15 months only.

So just relax and keep checking your mail box...as I do..hope you will find soon.. :D

I am in a very similar situation as yours. What does your online I-485 status say? Mine just says... "Your application was received on so and so...". It does not mention that it has received the FP results, even though I had FP in May 2003. Please let me know.

A bunch of 2003 Aug filers got FP notices last month. They are scheduled for May. Hopefuly these cases will be approved before FP expires in Aug 2005.

I Filed in Aug 2003 485 (after I I40 approval) - FP is scheduled for 6th June 04
My employer is in MI (NSC) and I live in NC (under TSC). Though my 485 is with NSC, the FP notice came from TSC.
