I heard those magic words, and recd the official letter;
Here are my details:
PD: 12/99 EB2/RIR India
Labor: Approved 3 Months.
I-140: Approved in 9 Weeks.
I-485:
RD:01/01
ND:02/01 (WAC-01-094..)
AP:03/01
FP:04/01 (As scheduled on 04/20)
EAD:05/01
No Updates in June (Something was happening each month since Jan).
485 Approval: 07/27 (As per AVM, and I checked only last night) and got approval letter today (08/01).
Myself and my spouse, plan to go to SJC INS for the PP stamping.
