I 485 Name Check - NEED HELP !!!!!!! URGENT

If any one help me on my GC Issue

1. Filled my Labour on June 18th, 2001. Got Approved on June 2003.
2. Filled the I-140 and I-485(For me and my wife) concurrently On August 15th 2003.
3. I-140 got approval on Sep20th 2004.
4. I-485 is delayed on various reasons
a) Contacted the USCIS on 10/06/2004 for I-485 enquiry and got the reply from USICS on Nov15th, 2004 and the messages says my case is selected for DETAILED REVIEW.
b) Again I called them on April 20 th 2005 and I got the reply from USCIS and My case in Security Check.
c) My employer started working with Congress Man on Oct 6, 2005 still no progress.
d) Since 2004 my case in pending BackGround Check and System Check and so far they mentioned the same and it is not moving forward

I have taken the infopass to meet the Immigration officer on 17th Oct 2006 will this help me anything
 
If PD is avialbale . You will get GC.

After I met the immigration officer they verified my case and told me My name is cleared and Immdiately she send an email to Local INS Office.

My question is after the name check what is the next stage?
