Hi There Everyone!
Had my Adjustment of status interview and was told that my fingerprint report had not come through yet. Waited and waited and was finally told they were LOST!! Filed a complaint with the local office ...no news still. There seems to be no way to contact the Application Support Center where I was fingerprinted. What do I do now? Its been 3 months and nothing has happened. Can i go personally to the ASC without an appointment letter? What should I do now? Please help.
