Since there is no processing time info for MSC asylum based filers, USCIS representative advised me to request "case outside normal processing time". If it is not, system doesn't let you go forward.
Did you guys sent request there? Are your MSC cases outside normal processing time or not?

Yes, mine is MSC and applied in 2020 sep 28th .
May I know , how to request case outside normal processing time?
Thank you so much for your advice.

Got a response to my inquiry:
On April 24, 2022, you or your representative contacted U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) about your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, because you believe your case is outside normal processing times.

We are still reviewing your case. We will mail you a notice when we make a decision.

Waaoo..at least you received this reply but I haven’t any from my 4 request..
Did you receive by a mail or email?

I really don’t think so that will work for all 2020. I too filed Sep 2020 but no movement yet. Also filed 3 e-request no reply with the 4th one which is not getting submitted.

I filed I-485 in Oct 2020 and still waiting. It’s been more than 19 months now.

My first inquiry was in June 2021. Then August 2021 I received a generic response that my case is within normal processing time.
Then I submitted another inquiry in Oct 2021. Then March 2022 I received another similar generic response. It took them 5 months just to provide a generic response. Meanwhile new applicants in 2021 and 2022 received their decisions within 4-8 months. I know it’s not fair but what can I do.

USCIS Director said they operate in fairness and process applications in order but they’re not. Check every post of USCIS on Twitter in the past 3-4 years and we see people complaining in every post. We can’t do anything. We are just numbers in their system.
